Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a product, your order will renew automatically on the schedule you chose at checkout, and your payment method will be charged for each renewal. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@archandauraaesthetics.com. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date. Orders that have already been charged and prepared cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered for pre-order before they are back in stock. Your payment will be charged at checkout, and the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing info@archandauraaesthetics.com.
