Shipping Policy

At Arch and Aura Aesthetics, we’re dedicated to getting your products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Times

All orders, including local delivery, are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email followed by a local delivery notification when it’s out for drop-off.

Local Delivery

If you’re in the Richmond, VA area, we offer local delivery straight to your door. Before drop-off, we’ll send a text message to confirm your preferred delivery location (porch, side door, mailroom, etc.).

Please note-we’re not a traditional delivery service and may have limited access to secured buildings. If we’re unable to complete your delivery after two attempts, and contact can’t be made, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

We offer economy and standard shipping with rates calculated based on your location at checkout. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3-4 business days, although times may vary depending on location and carrier.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Expanding to more locations in the future is definitely on our radar!

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@archandauraaesthetics.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution and ensure you’re happy with your experience.
