Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
We take great care in preparing every order by hand. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it's on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Keep an eye on our site for current free shipping thresholds, we love making it easy for you to treat yourself.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We also offer local delivery in the Richmond, VA area, because we love taking care of our neighbors! International shipping is not available at this time.
How long will delivery take after my order ships?
Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please reach out to us at our contact page so we can assist you.
Are all sales final?
Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, all sales are final on opened or used items. We do make exceptions for items that arrive damaged or defective, your satisfaction matters to us.
How long does a return take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Ingredients & Safety
What's in your products?
Every Arch and Aura product is crafted with natural, clean ingredients chosen for their skin-loving benefits. You'll find powerhouse botanicals like turmeric, ginger, rosehip, cucumber, and more — ingredients we believe in and would use on our own skin (and do!).
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We formulate with sensitive skin in mind, but everyone's skin is beautifully unique. We always recommend doing a patch test before using a new product for the first time. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction.
Are your products for external use only?
Yes — all Arch and Aura products are intended for external use only. Please keep them out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Are your products free from harsh chemicals?
Absolutely. We are committed to clean, intentional formulations — free from unnecessary fillers, harsh synthetics, and harmful additives. What you see on the label is what you get.
Product Usage
How do I use your soaps?
Lather our handcrafted soaps with warm water and gently massage onto skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For best results, follow with a moisturizer to lock in hydration.
How do I use your creams?
After cleansing, apply a small amount of cream to your face or body and gently massage in upward, circular motions until fully absorbed. A little goes a long way, our formulas are rich and concentrated.
How do I use your elixirs?
Elixirs are best applied after cleansing and toning, before your moisturizer. Warm a few drops between your palms and gently press into skin. They layer beautifully under creams for an extra boost of nourishment.

How do I build a routine with Arch and Aura products?
We recommend a simple, consistent routine for the best results:
- Cleanse – Start with one of our handcrafted soaps to gently remove impurities without stripping your skin.
- Treat – Apply an elixir to target specific concerns like hyperpigmentation, dryness, or uneven tone.
- Moisturize – Seal everything in with a nourishing cream to keep your skin soft, balanced, and glowing.
Morning and evening routines can be as simple or layered as your skin needs. Listen to your skin — it will tell you what it loves.
How soon will I see results?
Natural skincare works with your skin's own rhythm. Most customers begin to notice a difference in 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Patience and consistency are your best skincare tools.

Arch and Aura was founded by Megan, a licensed esthetician whose passion for skincare was born from a deeply personal journey. After navigating her own experiences with hyperpigmentation and eczema, Megan pursued formal esthetics education and set out to create products she could truly trust, formulated with clean, natural ingredients that honor the skin rather than overwhelm it.
